Hero Studio is the reimagined Hero Arts monthly subscription program, now with six original options each month. Starting June 2024, Hero Studio replaces the “My Monthly Hero” or MMH program.

Subscribers get free shipping, and can “bundle” any additional items during launch week that will also ship free (US only).  Plus, if you subscribe you will always get your kit, as they often sell out fast. In addition, there are special newsletters, content, discounts and promos from time-to-time for subscribers only. Subscriptions are auto-renewing, and you can cancel anytime, hassle-free. How great is that?

You can subscribe to any of the six options of the Hero Studio before the 1st of the month to get the newest offering. If you wait past that time, you will be subscribed for the following month's kits. Here are key dates:

• 1st of month:  You are charged for that month’s kit
• First Monday:  Kit launches 
• First Thursday:  You can add extras to your box by 12pm PT without extra shipping costs (US only)
• First Friday:  We start shipping all Hero Studio orders!
• 15th of month:  Sneak peeks for following month’s choices

• Card Kit of the Month: $49.99 ($95 value) regularly, $46 via subscription (8% off)
• Layering Stencil of the Month: $15.99 regularly, $15 via subscription (6% off)
• Cling Stamp of the Month: $15.99 regularly, $15 via subscription (6% off)
• Clear Set + Dies of the Month:  $29.99 regularly, $27.50 via subscription  (8% off)
• Fancy Dies of the Month: $26.99 regularly, $25 via subscription (7% off)

The Whole Studio – all of the above: $183.96 value, $138.95 if bought separately, $120 via subscription (14% off regular price, and 7% off the regular subscriptions)

You have been automatically upgraded to the new Hero Studio Card Kit of the Month at the new $46.00 price (same great kit and value)! It is a month-to-month subscription and you can cancel anytime – but you won’t want to after you see it!

You have been automatically upgraded to the new Hero Studio Card Kit of the Month and will pay your old price for the June kit.  After that, it is a month-to-month subscription at the new Hero Studio Card Kit of the Month price of $46.00 and you can cancel anytime – but you won’t want to after you see it!

We are no longer offering 6-month subscriptions. Your subscription will be renewable, once it's done, as a month-to-month subscription going forward. We will honor your current subscription pricing until it expires.

Your card will be billed immediately when you first subscribe. Then, going forward, your subscription will be billed on the 1st of each month (at the discounted subscription prices and options you have selected, which you can change at any time).

Your subscription is auto-renewing, so once you subscribe, it will renew until you decide to cancel your auto-renew, which you can do anytime.

Yes you do – if you are in the US. Not only that, you get free shipping on anything you decide to purchase during the launch week before shipping (Thursday, 12:00pm PT of launch week). International subscribers get $7.50 off real-time calculated rates (see below for more details).

Easy! We have a “My Account” Dashboard that helps you do it easily:

• As a subscriber, you can change your choices by visiting the top of all pages on heroarts.com and clicking on the little person icon. You will likely need to log in and then you will see your Dashboard. Click on "Subscriptions" to manage any changes you would like to make.
• To switch between one choice and another, you can use the “Swap” button in My Account under Subscriptions, which cancels your old subscription and changes you to the new subscription with one click.
• As a monthly subscriber you can also cancel in your My Account Dashboard, and re-subscribe when you like at heroarts.com/subscribe.
• You can also change your shipping address, billing address, and credit card information, as well as skip a month, from your dashboard.

As a subscriber, you can choose to skip anytime before the 1st of the month, prior to the first Monday release, and you won’t be charged until the next month. You can do so in your customer “My Account” dashboard or by emailing info@heroarts.com. If you skip a month you will remain a subscriber and will be in-line to receive the kit the following month.

If you decide you don’t want a kit after the 1st of the month, you can email us at info@heroarts.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you if it hasn’t shipped. We will apply your charges to the following month (and you will remain a subscriber, unless you choose to cancel).

On the top of all pages on heroarts.com you will see “My Account” (a little person icon). Click there, log in if not already logged in, and you will see a “Subscriptions” link on the left side of your dashboard. Click “Subscriptions” and you will see options to change your billing information, or alter your subscription plans.

You can cancel before the 1st of the month prior to launch through your “My Account” Dashboard on heroarts.com (log in to your account first).

You get all of the benefits of being a subscriber with the shipping being discounted by $7.50 off of real-time calculated rates.

If you don’t want to subscribe, you can always order our kits without a subscription. To make it even easier and more affordable, we have created a special product for our international customers:  the quarterly card kit bundle that ships 4 times a year! These bundles combine Jan-Feb-March, April-May-June, July-August-September, and October-November-December card kits. These will first be available in March,  June, September, and December each year in our store as regular store items.  The advantage is you only pay shipping, duties, and taxes once but receive three card kits in the same box (plus any add-ons you decide to order as well).
