Login Help for Retailers
Common Problems
Login Name and Password
All retailers in good standing are issued a Login Name and Password. You should have received a Passport to enter our Customer Only site that contained your login information.

Make sure to enter the login information exactly as it appears in the Passport. You can change your login information once you have logged in.

If you have not received a Passport, or you have forgotten your login iformation, please email us at service@heroarts.com, or call, 1-800-822-4376 (1-510-652-6055 for intl accounts).


Cookies are not enabled
We require cookies for access to the Retailer's restricted site. If you don't have cookies enabled, this is what you should experience:

You will log in successfully, and be taken to the home page of the restricted section. From there, every time you click a link from that page you will be sent back to the login page.

If you are experiencing this, try reading about enabling cookies.


General Site Errors
It is possible that the system is not functioning properly at the moment. If this is the case, you will probably receive a general error message. In most cases, the system will be up momentarily. If not, please let us know at service@heroarts.com.
