Buttons (Autumn Leaves), machine stitching, butterfly punch (Martha Stewart), letter stickers (Doodlebug Designs), cardstock, string


Instructions:
Nature Scrapbook Page

  1. On a piece of white cardstock, stamp the Grass Silhouette image. Dab the distress ink colors over the surface of the stamp to create a multi-color image.
  2. Cut out around the grass image.
  3. Stamp the Ivy Silhouette on green cardstock using distress inks. Cut out around top portion of stamp.
  4. Print journaling on a piece of blue cardstock.
  5. Layer stamped images, journaling, photo on background cardstock.
  6. Stamp Dots background stamp with VersaMark ink on white glossy cardstock. Rub Broken China distress ink to produce a negative "resit" image. Punch out butterflies.
  7. Add machine stitching, stitch down buttons and add title and butterflies.
  8. Fold wings on butterflies slightly to add dimension.
  9. Finish by adding Stickles to the body of each butterfly. Let dry.

Silhouette Card

  1. Ink around the edge only of the Friend Definition stamp. Stamp on a piece of white cardstock.
  2. Ink Grass Silhouette stamp by dabbing on various colors of distress inks. Stamp on the white cardstock, lining it up over the stamped Friend Definition.
  3. Stamp Dots background stamp with VersaMark ink on white glossy cardstock. Rub Broken China distress ink to produce a negative "resit" image. Punch out butterflies.
  4. Attach butterflies to card and add Stickles to the body of the butterfly. Let dry.
  5. Trim card to fit on blue folded card.
