Create depth and interest by trimming out the inside portions from stamped images, as Erin Lincoln did on this sweet baby card.

Additional Materials:
Cricut die cut machine for flourish, patterned Paper (KI Memories and American Crafts), buttons, star brads
What to do...
  1. Stamp scalloped border around the perimeter of a Chocolate Notecard with white ink.
  2. Punch four circles from patterned paper and adhere one to each corner.
  3. Stamp Reach for the Stars DesignBlock with VersaMark ink on light blue cardstock, top with white embossing powder, and heat set.
  4. Trim inner portions from several stars and back with assorted colored papers. Adhere to card.
  5. Punch orange scalloped circle and a slightly smaller yellow circle, stamp with scalloped border and adhere as shown.
  6. Stamp sentiment onto a green strip and trim a notch in one end. Adhere on top of circles.
  7. Die cut flourish from patterned paper and add below sentiment.
  8. Stamp two more stars, layer, and adhere to card.
  9. Finish with four star brads and a button.

Variation:
Simply swap pink cardstock for the blue in this design and you have the perfect baby girl card!
