Blue and Red Markers,Gingham Ribbon (Michaels),White String,Marvy Mega Scallop Circle Punch,Glue pen,
Liquid Applique / Heat Gun,

| Instructions: |
- Stamp Penguin onto white cardstock with black memories ink
- Color cap and scarf with blue and red markers
- Punch out image with scallop circle punch, and draw black border using permawriter pen
- Add touch of glitter to bottom of penguin with glue pen
- Add dot of liquid applique to top of hat and apply heat gun until puffy, set aside
- Stamp DB Snowflakes using Versamark ink onto blue panel
- Heat emboss with white embossing powder and trim to 5 1/2" x 3 3/4"
- Cut wavy border on top of white panel measuring 5 1/2" x 1 1/4" and adhere to bottom of snowflake panel
- Stamp Season's Greetings in Azurite Chalk ink
- Add glitter to top of snowdrift with glue pen
- Cut slits on either side of scalloped penguin and thread gingham ribbon through
- Wrap ribbon around panel and tie in bow.
- Add string to red button, pull both ends through center of white felt snowflake, then tie around gingham bow
- Adhere finished panel to front of crimson notecard.
