Additional Materials:
red and black water-based markers, gold jingle bell, white cardstock, colored pencils (Prismacolor), swirl embossing folder (Cuttlebug), white gel pen, red polka dot ribbon, white Liquid Applique, heat gun, googly eyes, dimensional foam dots

| Instructions: |
- Trim 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" scrap from blue notecard.
- Stamp small snowflakes randomly in Azurite chalk ink and sentiment "Joy" using Royal Blue Versacolor ink at top right.
- Emboss piece of 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" white cardstock with swirl pattern and cut wave along top edge.
- Adhere "snow" to bottom of blue snowflake panel and use paper distresser around entire panel to roughen edges.
- Stamp owl onto white cardstock using black marker on body and red marker on hat. Color image with pencils and cut out.
- Adhere owl image to right side of panel with foam dots.
- Add liquid applique to hat and heat emboss for dimension.
- Add self-adhesive googly eyes to owl.
- Trim 2 1/2" folded piece from Kraft notecard and adhere owl panel to front of mini card.
- Tie polka dot ribbon around top of card and add small gold jingle bell to knot.
- Add white panel to inside of card and stamp sentiments "PEACE" and "LOVE" in Royal Blue Versacolor ink.
- Trim 5" x 3 3/4" panel from Kraft notecard. Add three snowflakes from set to acrylic block at same time and stamp background in Artprint Brown ink.
- Edge panel with brown ink and adhere to front of red notecard.
- Adhere the finished mini card to the card center and add dotted border to top and bottom of notecard with white gel pen.
