scallop edge scissors, white pen (Ranger), watercolor pencils

| Instructions: |
- Using Black Memories Ink, stamp the Cupcake Snowman image once on a piece of a Kraft Notecad and again on a white scrap. Color the white piece and cut out, chopping off the arms. Adhere in place over the one on the Kraft piece.
- Stamp the "Merry Christmas" message and the snowflake images from the Owl Christmas set with black ink. Add highlights with a white pen.
- Add Prisma Glitter to the snowman. Once dry layer to a several blue pieces from the Winter Mixed Notecard pack, including one cut with a scalloped edge.
- Add Small and Medium Accent Pearls to the snowman and to the center of the snowflakes.
- Add a Small Blossom Sparkle Gem to the snowman's hat and draw a stem with a Black Permawriter Pen.
