Scallop scissors (Provo Craft), 1/16" hole punch, Polka Dot Ribbon (American Crafts),
Markers,
Glue Dots

| Instructions: |
- Stamp tea cup twice onto white scrap in black ink, then color and cut out both images.
- Stamp tea cups again on white panel (approx. 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"). Adhere colored images on top with glue dots for dimension.
- Stamp "Tea for Two" and "You & Me" sentiments in dark brown chalk ink.
- Cut scalloped edge on left-hand side and punch holes in middle of each scallop.
- Adhere strip of ribbon around panel and adhere small ribbon knot to front with glue dot.
- Add white art flowers with Pearl Accent centers.
- Cut Green Apple card down to 4 x 4" and adhere finished panel to card front.
