Ribbon, markers, circle punches (1 1/4 and 1 3/8", EK Success)

| Instructions: |
- Stamp flower border from the Sparkle Clear Happy Day set in black ink across white scrap (approximately 4" x 5 1/4").
- Color flowers in with markers and add Sparkle Gemstones to flower centers as desired.
- Stamp sentiment onto white scrap in black ink. Punch out with 1 1/4" hole punch. Punch out wisteria circle with 1 3/8" hole punch and adhere to sentiment circle. (Alternatively, create a tag by trimming the papers into a rectangle.)
- Adhere sentiment and tie black gingham bow around white panel.
- Adhere finished panel to Wisteria notecard.
