Black polka dot ribbon

| Instructions: |
- Stamp Flourish Flowers onto a piece of watercolor cardstock in black ink.
- Heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
- Add watercolors to petals and leaves with aqua brush.
- Matte with black, and tie ribbon around panel.
- Adhere to front of Strawberry notecard.
- Stamp sentiment onto watercolor notecard strip & adhere to bottom of stamped panel.
