Fiskars Border Punch (Threading Water), or use scallop scissors and a hole punch

| Instructions: |
- All stamps are from the Clear Design Share Laughter set. Layer Leaf Notecard panel onto Wisteria Notecard panel. Stamp patterned leaf in aquamarine ink.
- Use border punch to add scallop and holes.
- Adhere to front of Cream Notecard.
- Stamp large flower onto pink scrap using pink ink. Stamp small flower six times onto Wisteria Notecard scrap in warm violet ink and cut out
- Adhere all flowers to the bottom of card front and add a pink Sparkle Gem to center of large flower.
- Stamp sentiment in black ink above flowers.
