Colored pencils, white cardstock, foam dots, glue dots, pink ribbon

| Instructions: |
- Stamp CardArt Birthday stamp with black ink onto white cardstock.
- Color background with blue pencils and trim.
- Stamp CardArt Birthday again in black ink onto white scrap, cut out scallop portion and highlight letters with green pencils and scallops with pink pencils.
- Stamp CardArt Birthday again with with lime pastel ink and cut out arrows. Stamp with with Orchid Pastel and cut out polka dot strip. Stamp with blue lagoon and cut out "It's your".
- Edge with black ink, trim, and adhere to main panel using foam dots.
- Cut rectangle approximately 1/8" wider than stamped panel from white cardstock and ink edges with Orchid Pastel.
- Adhere pink border to stamped panel & add five pink gemstones to center of small flowers.
- Trim three small pieces of ribbon - adhere two to diagonal corners like a present.
- Adhere small knot of ribbon to top left-hand corner with glue dot to finish.
