ribbon, circle scallop punch, scallop scissors, 1/16” hole punch, color pencils

| Instructions: |
- Stamp the Counting Sheep stamp onto a White Notecard, color with colored pencils and cut out.
- Stamp the "It’s a Girl" message stamp using Orchid Pastel Chalk Ink onto a round Spring Tag.
- Adhere the sheep image above the sentiment.
- Tie a bow through the eyelet in the tag.
- Punch out a large scallop circle from a White Notecard and adhere to the back of the tag.
- Punch small 1/16” holes in the center of each scallop.
- Adhere the finished tag to the top center of a Pink Notecard.
- Stamp the Heart Border onto a piece of White Notecard and cut out with scallop scissors.
- Adhere the scalloped border to the bottom of the card.
