Scalloped Shamrock

A festive St. Patrick's Day card.

Hero Materials:
MS201 Colorbox Chalk Queue - Misty Meadow

Additional Materials:
green cardstock, square & scallop square punches, large scallop scissors, 1/8” hole punch, sewing materials

Instructions:
  1. Stamp the Shamrock stamp onto a piece of a White Notecard using a light shade of green ink (Ice Jade) in the center and a darker shade (Aquamarine) on the edges.
  2. Punch out the stamped image with a square punch.
  3. Punch larger squares out of a Kraft Notecard and some green cardstock, and layer.
  4. Adhere this to the white panel.
  5. Stamp the sentiment onto the bottom of the white panel using Creamy Brown Ink at the top of the stamp and Chestnut Roan Ink at the bottom.
  6. Cut a scallop edge on a scrap of a Kraft Notecard.
  7. Punch 1/8” holes in the center of each scallop and adhere it to the white panel, leaving a ¼” border at top.
  8. Adhere this to the front of the green card.
  9. Sew a zig-zag stitch around the entire white panel using tan thread.
