Stamp sentiment onto apricot scrap, and dotted border onto top & bottom of scrap. Using scalloped scissors, cut out chocolate scrap slightly larger than apricot stamped strip. Adhere sentiment to chocolate scrap & entire panel to card front Add several gemstones to each polka dot balloon & you are done!
